Liga Meo Surf 2020 – Renault Porto Pro

Realizou-se no passado fim de semana ( 18 a 20 de Setembro ) a 4.ª Etapa da Liga Meo Surf 2020 – etapa Renault Porto Pro, na Praia Internacional do Porto.
Um evento que trouxe os melhores surfistas nacionais ao Porto (e a Matosinhos!), e com eles o glamour próprio do melhor do Surf, a boa energia de quem se faz ao mar e toda uma animação diferente muito própria deste tipo de eventos.
3 dias em que o mar cooperou com ondas desafiantes, com o sol e a chuva a terem ambos destaque, e um público visivelmente mais numeroso no último dia das provas – domingo.
Teresa Bonvalot foi a atleta em destaque da competição, ao sair vencedora da prova, juntando o feito de conquistar o título de Campeã Nacional da Liga mesmo antes de disputar a final.
Vasco Ribeiro foi o vencedor masculino da prova, deixando em aberto o nome do próximo Campeão Nacional, que se disputará na próxima etapa,
entre ele próprio – Vasco Ribeiro, Frederico Morais (Kikas) ou Afonso Antunes.

The fourth Round of Liga Meo Surf 2020 – Renault Porto Pro took place last weekend (18 – 20 September) , at Praia Internacional do Porto.
The event brought to Porto (and Matosinhos) the best national surfers, and with them all the glamour of the best of the surf, the good energy of those who go to the sea, and the typical animation of these kind of events.
3 days and the sea was cooperative with some good waves, the sun and the rain could both have its highlight, and the public attended more densely at the last day of the event – Sunday.
Teresa Bonvalot won this round, but also became the National Champion of the League even before the final.
Vasco Ribeiro was the masculine winner, but the title of National Champion remained posponed to the next round, to be decided among him – Vasco Ribeiro , Federico Morais (Kikas) and Afonso Antunes.

Acompanhei o Renault Porto Pro – Liga Meo Surf 2020 durante os três dias da competição, não na íntegra, mas um bocadinho cada dia.
Ou não fosse eu uma apaixonada pelo mar e pelo surf, por estes eventos ao ar livre, e os pés na areia e no mar, ….
Além disso, tudo a acontecer tão pertinho de casa……

I watched Renault Porto Pro – Liga Meo Surf 2020 all the three days, not totally, but a bit each day, as I am a sea and surf lover, as well as events open air, feet on the sand and on the water……
Besides everything was happening so close to home…..
