O Airbnb, para além de ser uma plataforma online de anúncio e reservas de alojamento local, estreou-se este ano na partilha de experiências, proporcionando a escolha de experiências o mais variadas possíveis, sempre com o denominador comum de essas experiências serem organizadas por alguém local.

Nesse sentido, embarquei numa aventura a Norte do Porto, num 4×4, rumo a algumas preciosidades da nossa costa e não só.

Não que eu não conheça o Norte do meu país, mas visitá-lo num 4×4 e explorá-lo de uma forma diferente ao que estava habituada e com alguém que tem outra forma de o viver tem destas coisas: há sempre novas surpresas, novas histórias a conhecer e novos lugares a descobrir 🙂
No final só pude dizer: valeu a pena!

So I went North of Porto in a 4×4 adventure, to explore some coast gems.
Not that I do not know the north coast of Porto, but exploring it in a 4×4 and in a different way that I am used to it, and with someone who lives it differently than me turns up to be super interesting: I discovered some new surprises and found some new places 🙂
At the end I could only say: It was worth it!

Junto comigo nesta experiência foram 4 australianas bem simpáticas e animadas – sim, eu era a única portuguesa, mas!! – pessoas do Porto ou portugueses que me estejam a ler, esta experiência vale a pena também para quem é de cá!!!
E a liderar a experiência estava o carismático Rui Pedro, com o seu Nissan 4×4 e a sua empresa The Oporto4u_adventuretours.

Locais visitados na experiência The North Coast Natural Gems of Portugal on a 4×4
Os locais que visitamos são lindos por si só – a vila de Angeiras, umas cascatas naturais escondidas perto de Caminha e onde pudémos mergulhar, as vistas para Espanha, ……, mas tudo ganhou outra dimensão pela forma como o Rui Pedro nos conduziu ao longo do dia.
Confesso que fui sendo surpreendida sempre com pequenos detalhes, desde o restaurante onde fomos para almoçar, até um off-road só possível de 4×4 a descer a Serra da Arga….

Together with me in this adventure there were 4 nice australian girls – yes, true I was the only portuguese in the group, But!! – people from Porto or portuguese people reading me , this experience is worth taking even if you are from here!!!
Leading the experience there was the nice Rui Pedro, with his Nissan 4×4 and the company The Oporto4you_adventuretoures.

Places visited in the Experience The North Coast Natural Gems of Portugal on 4×4
The places we visited are beautiful just by themselves – Angeiras fishermen village, the natural waterfalls where we could swim, the views from Portugal to Spain……., but everything turned even more interesting the way Rui Pedro showed us around.
I confess I was being surprised along the day with some little details, from the restaurant we stopped to have lunch, to the off- road way we did along Serra da Arga….
